Thank you for using Get Noted piano services.

By engaging our services and/or booking an appointment we are entering into a contract and you're understanding and agreeing to our terms of service and terms of use. We would like to detail what this contract means so you are aware of our commitments and other relevant details.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

We will always endeavour to arrive at or close to the arranged appointment time. Our arrival time does however depend on circumstances such as traffic conditions or the previous appointment overrunning unexpectedly. As soon as the possibility of being late is known and we are able to, we will contact you by either phone, txt or email, whichever will be your preferred method.

We like to allow 2 hours for a standard tuning and can sometimes carry out minor repairs within the tuning time depending on difficulty of the tuning and cost of repair which will be discussed with you at the time if possible.

For safety reasons, we need to have footwear on at all times of work but if you have a strict no footwear rule in your home , we can bring indoor only shoes. ( Please make a request at time of booking)

We are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance provided by the Pianoforte Tuners' Association.

If you would like us to wear a face mask, please let us know.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM OUR CUSTOMERS:

Payment must be made at the time of tuning. We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash.

We will need as little noise as possible during tuning please.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and at least 24 hours BEFORE the appointment so we can offer the appointment to another customer. For cancellations under 24 hours from the appointment time, we will charge a fee of £50.

If you are not home when we arrive, we will wait 30 mins from the time of the appointment before leaving but we will charge the complete appointment fee.
